Patricia Ansari

Patricia Ann Ansari, born August 13, 1948, in Kilgore, Texas, was a beacon of resilience, ambition, and compassion. An unforgettable character, Patricia's spirit was as vast as the Texas sky under which she was born and raised. Her warmth and humor brought joy and comfort to all who were blessed to know her. Patricia was a woman of faith, who lived her life in accordance with the teachings of Al Islam. She embodied the verse, "The most excellent among you is the one who does not harm others with his tongue and hands." (Hadith 32)

Patricia was deeply invested in her community and made it her life's mission to bring smiles to the faces of those around her. She was a graduate of Bishop College and Lamar University, and her ambition led her to become a recognized pioneer in her community. Patricia's career as a receptionist was marked by her unwavering dedication and compassion, which touched countless lives. In her free time, she enjoyed traveling, reading and writing, and watching movies, always infusing her life and the lives of others with joy and laughter.

Patricia's accomplishments include organizing The Women of Faith Group and being a part of the Brooks of Brazigas Committee. These achievements, along with many others, earned her recognition from the community for many years. Patricia Ansari was a beloved figure in her community, and her resilience and spirit will continue to inspire those who knew her.

Patricia's life will be honored with a washing ceremony on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 9:00am CDT at Rahma Funeral Home, located at 7810 Spring Valley Road, Dallas, Texas, 75254. A visitation will follow at 10:00am CDT. Patricia will be laid to rest on Monday, August 24, 2026, at 9:00am CDT at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery at 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas, 75211.
