Zoher Sitabkhan

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a remarkable man, Zoher Zainoodin Sitabkhan, on the 24th of July, 2024. Zoher was born on March 19, 1962, in Mumbai, India, and resided in Plano, Texas at the time of his passing. A loving husband, a supportive father, a loyal friend, and a resilient pillar to all who knew him, Zoher's life was a testament to his unwavering strength and kindness. His integrity and dedication shone brightly in his role as the VP of Institutional Trust Services at Chase Bank, where his professional accomplishments were only surpassed by his personal ones.

Zoher was deeply passionate about watching sports, traveling, collecting stamps, and above all else, spending quality time with his cherished family. To echo the words of Helen Keller, "The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched - they must be felt with the heart." Zoher's unyielding love for his family was one such beautiful thing - a love that was palpable, profound, and truly heart-felt. He was a beacon of steadfast love and support, always putting his family's needs before his own, a testament to his selfless nature.

Zoher is survived by his loving wife, Shamima; his daughters, Amreen, Amy, and Ally; his granddaughter, Amelia; his son-in-law, Calvin (Amreen); his mother, Bilkis; and his sisters, Rashida and Razia. He was preceded in death by his father, Zainoodin. Visitation will be held at the Rahma Funeral Home, 7810 Spring Valley Road, Dallas, Texas, 75254, on Friday, 26th July 2024 at 11:00am CDT. The Jummah/Janazah Prayer will follow at the IANT Mosque, 840 Abrams Road, Richardson, Texas, 75081, at 1:45pm CDT, with the Burial Service at the Restland Memorial Park, 9220 Restland Road, Dallas, Texas, 75243 at 2:30pm CDT.
